Please submit these. (Note: Regarding #10 in <br />the list of responsibilities (page 6 of the form), this item should not be initialed or the power of <br />attorney should be provided in the application.) <br /> Per Rule 1.6.2 (1)(a), notice should be given to the local conservation district, as appropriate. It <br />appears that the VIP Mine site may be in the West Greeley Conservation District. Please confirm <br />if this is correct. If it is, please notice that entity and provide proof to the Division. <br /> In the submitted maps, adjacent owners need to be shown. This could be done with parcel <br />numbers that correspond to the list of property owners. <br /> <br />Your application will not be considered submitted until all the information listed above is <br />received and found sufficient to begin our technical review. <br /> <br />Regarding the public notice, this should not be run in the newspaper until the Division has found that <br />the application is sufficient for review, per Rule 1.6.2(1)(d). You will need to run a new public notice
