The following are <br /> related considerations: <br /> 1. The Division will conduct a site inspection within 60 days of the SO approval. This will include a <br /> verification of structures. <br /> 2. The Division will calculate an updated financial warranty amount, and this may result in a surety <br /> increase. <br /> 3. It is presumed that you have a copy of all permit materials. The Division recommends that a copy be <br /> kept at the site as a reference for personnel to help ensure compliance with terms of the permit. <br /> 4. Changes in the mining and reclamation operations may require a modification to the permit. The <br /> Division suggests consulting the Rules and Regulations and/or contacting the Division to determine <br /> the need for a modification. Rule 1.10 pertains to Amendments, Rule 1.9 to Technical Revisions, and <br /> Rule 1.11 to Conversions. <br /> 5. On your permit anniversary date each year, you must submit an annual fee and annual report to the <br /> Division.
