Purchaser desires to buy all of the above-mentioned equipment/vehicle of <br /> seller. <br /> Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual benefits accruing to each party, the <br /> parties agree as follows: <br /> SECTION ONE. <br /> GRANT OF TITLE <br /> Purchaser will pay to seller $75,000.00, as soon as seller has delivered to <br /> purchaser the necessary instruments granting, marketing, selling and conveying to <br /> purchaser, free and clear of and from any and all liens and encumbrances, the <br /> equipment/vehicles described and provided in the agreement. <br /> Purchaser conveys the equipment "as is," and provides no warranty as to condition. <br /> SECTION TWO. <br /> TRANSFER OF TITLE <br /> Seller shall grant, bargain, sell and convey to purchaser, free and clear of and <br /> from all liens and encumbrances, all of its equipment/vehicles described above to <br /> be sold by it to purchaser. <br /> Seiler shall deliver possession to purchaser on June 2, 2022, and on June 2, 2022 <br /> shall deliver to purchaser all instruments necessary to effect the conveyance, t <br /> sale, and transfer. <br /> I <br /> SECTION THREE. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF CONVEYANCE <br /> The instruments of conveyance and transfer when actually executed shall be effected <br /> i <br /> lI <br /> i <br />
