In addition to the application form I am <br /> enclosing the filing fee check in the amount of$115.00. Also, I am enclosing: a) letter from <br /> White River Electric Association's Manager of Operations Brett Berthelson confirming that <br /> WREA's power poles were not damaged in the reclamation process; b) letter from Rio Blanco <br /> County's Road and Bridge Director confirming that the reclamation process did not damage the <br /> fence on the boundary between County Road 8 and the north wall of the gravel pit; and c) letter <br /> from William McCullough, owner of the land adjacent to the gravel pit on the east, granting the <br /> Division right of entry on that portion of the permitted land he purchased from Jack Paulson and <br /> confirming that there is no damage to his fence resulting from the reclamation process. <br /> As I previously advised you SR pit LLC intends to file a change of post mining land use of the <br /> permitted land from agriculture to commercial/industrial. As soon as the Succession of Operators <br /> is approved I will file the change of post mining land use request. <br /> I texted to you pictures of the completed reclamation of the slopes and material piles. Please <br /> confirm you received the pictures and let me know when you want to re-inspect the permitted <br /> land. <br /> Thank you for your assistance in guiding me through these processes.
