Box 39 <br />Hugo, CO 80821 <br /> <br />RE: Harold Eichman Gravel Pit - File No. M-1985-105, <br /> Permit Conversion Application (CN-1) <br /> Conversion No.1 <br /> <br />Dear Ty Stogsdill: <br /> <br />On July 11, 2022, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 110c Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Permit Conversion application for the Harold Eichman Gravel Pit, which is <br />located in Lincoln County. Preliminary review of the information received determined that the following <br />additional information must be received before the Division can consider your application complete and <br />technical review can begin. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of July 11, <br />2022. <br /> <br />As per rule 1.6.2(1)(b) a notice sign of the 112 permitting action must be posted at the locationof the site. <br /> <br />You have sixty (60) days from July 11, 2022 to submit all necessary documents that the Division needs for <br />the application to be considered filed.
