During the inspection there was no water
discharging from the landowner's irrigation system and the newly constructed ditch shows no evidence of recent
flows. The Straw wattles installed by the Operator were observed to be in good condition and functioning as
designed. The area of the historic rock wall shows no change since the Division's previous inspection and that
area can be seen in Photo One. The straw wattles and a portion of the TR-69 repair area can be seen in Photo
Two. Adjacent to the repair area, the landowner has continued construction of the ditch, and was building a pad to
the east at the time of the inspection. On site discussions with the landowner indicate he intends to develop,
cultivate and irrigate the entire field including the repair area next season.
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0
Page 2 of 3
