G. Everist, Incorporated, whose address and telephone number are <br />7321 E 88th Avenue, Suite 200, Henderson, CO 80640 ; (303) 286-2247, filed an application for a/an <br />Acreage Release Request (AR- 6) to M1999120, Ft. Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, which is located <br />approximately 2 miles Northwest of Ft. Lupton, Section 30, Township 2N, Range 66W, 06th Principle <br />Meridian, in Weld County. <br /> <br />Acreage Reduction Request for 90.58 acres of reclaimed and unaffected area (Vincent West phase) <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for September 5, 2022. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Eric C. Scott at the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8140. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
