The lower slopes of this pile were mostly covered with vegetation. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3),Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5)and <br /> (6)/4.03.2(5)and(6),Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> No significant problems were seen with the road to the portals, although some areas of the road may require <br /> repairs of cracks in the next year or two to prevent larger problems. The hillsides above and below this road were <br /> generally stable. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 <br /> Vegetative Cover;Timing: <br /> Weeds were seen around the site,including: <br /> • Thistle northwest of Pond F <br /> • Thistle around the soil piles that are east of Gob Pile#1 <br /> • Thistle on and around Gob Pile 92,including the diversion ditch above the pile <br /> • Bindweed in many locations, including the diversion ditch above Gob Pile#2 <br /> • Mullein along the road to the Utility Bench and on the bench itself <br /> • Mullein by the Unit Train Loadout. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> It appears that slumps have not moved significantly in the recent past.
