The mining plan map shows the mining limits encompass Lone Tree Creek. Based on <br /> your analysis and response to item#3 above and/or item#9 below, please revise these <br /> maps to depict any buffer zone to be established to protect the creek channel. <br /> 8. Please update map C-5 to list the thickness and type of overburden to be removed. <br />
