NOTICE <br />Consideration of 111 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit Application <br />DATE: July 1, 2022 <br />TO: Office of Archaeology & Historic Preservation <br />History Colorado Center <br />1200 Broadway <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />RE: Cheyenne County State Land Board Pit, File No. M-2022-030 <br />Please be advised that on July 1, 2022, A&S Construction Company, whose address and telephone number are 839 <br />Mackenzie Ave P.O. Box 566, Canon City, CO 81212; (719) 529-0916, filed an application to conduct a(n) Surface <br />mining and reclamation operation, at or near Section 16, Township 12S, Range 44W, 06th Principle Meridian, in <br />Cheyenne County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and <br />Range. Affected lands will be reclaimed to support a(n) Rangeland post-mining land use. The application decision <br />date is scheduled for July 16, 2022. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Cheyenne County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br />The application, as well as all other permit documents, can also be viewed at <br />https://dnrweblink.state.co.us/drms/search.aspx by searching M2022030 in the “Permit No” field.
