It is a <br />disturbance to be constructed, and ultimately reclaimed, by DRMS Inactive Mine Program contractors. <br />Since MCC will not be liable for the reclamation of the road, the Division will not bond for it. <br /> <br />As with the recent MR-464, it is important to thoroughly document all disturbance within the permit <br />area so that it can be accounted for. <br /> <br />1. Please update section 2.05.3(3) of the PAP with a complete description of the road, including its <br />location. Please also specify in the text that the disturbance is not a mine facility, and will not be <br />used in the future for any activity associated with mining or reclamation. <br /> <br />2.
