General <br />Standard <br />AW W A C-110 <br />ASTM C-76 <br />ASTM C-76 <br />ASTM D-3034-74 <br />ASTM D-3034-74 <br />ASTM D-3034-74 <br />All polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe shall be manufactured in accordance with <br />ASTM D-3034-74. <br />~• <br />C. Joint Type <br />The joints shall be push-on joint with factory installed polyurethane gasket <br />capable of withstanding 25 psi hydrostatic pressure. Solvent cement joints <br />are prohibited. <br />D. Class and Type <br />The pipe shall be SDR 35 pipe. Perforations shall consist of two rows of 1/2" <br />diameter holes, 8" on center, 120° apart. <br />E. Pipe Length <br />Each length of pipe shall be a standard laying length of 20 feet. Random <br />lengths shall not be acceptable unless they are required by the Plans. <br />F. Manufacturer <br />SDR 35 pipe shall be as manufactured by Johns-Manville, Robintech, or an <br />ARCO approved equal. <br />r1 <br />lJ <br />B.
