There were no ruts or other erosional concerns <br /> identified. The ditch paralleling the road from the intersection of CR-65 to the main facilities area was dry. The <br /> straw bales were in good condition and there were no obstructions observed in the ditch. <br /> Various access roads were used throughout the inspection. All access roads were observed to be in good repair. <br /> There were no sections of road with concerns of stability or erosion. <br /> County Road 65 (CR-65)was in good condition. There were no indications of impacts from subsidence. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> Facilities inspected include; <br /> - Main facilities area: The main facilities area was well kept. There were no areas with loose trash or <br /> debris. The facilities ditches were in good condition with no blockages. Equipment and materials were <br /> organized and no off site impacts were observed. <br /> - Fuel storage: The fuel storage tanks are located on a pad with a containment berm. The berm was stable <br /> and there were no erosional features. No off site impacts had occurred. <br /> - Explosives storage (Photo 2): The explosives storage is located at the south end of the main facilities area. <br /> The pad was stable and the berm was in good condition. The cut-slope on the east side of the pad was <br /> stable. There were no erosional concerns identified. <br /> - The B Vent Shaft No. 1: The b vent shaft no. 1 is located to the north of the main facilities area. The pad <br /> was stable with no erosional features. The cut-slope on the north side of the pad was stable. There were <br /> no off site impacts observed. <br /> - RDH-2: The rock dust tank no. 2 is located to the east/northeast of the B Vent shaft No. 1. The pad for <br /> the tank was stable with no erosional features. There were no off site impacts from the facility. <br /> - Nitrogen Plant No. 2: The nitrogen plant no. 2 is located on the south side of the slot storage. The pad for <br /> the plant was stable and had no erosional issues. There were no off site impacts identified. <br /> - Slot Storage (Photo 3): The slot storage was stable with vegetative cover on the slopes. The berms on top <br /> of the pad were observed to be intact. There were no erosional features observed. <br /> - RDH-3 (Photo 4): The rock dust tank no. 3 is located on the west side of the conveyor corridor and to the <br /> north of the haul road. The pad for the tank was stable with no erosion. There were no off site impacts. <br /> - RDH-4(Photo 5): The rock dust tank no.4 is located to the north of the B Seam Dewatering System No. <br /> 1. The pad for the tank was observed to be stable with no off site impacts. There were no erosional <br /> concerns. <br /> - Conveyor Corridor: The conveyor extends from the prep plant at the main facilities area to the slot <br /> storage and rail loadout to the north. The corridor was observed to be well maintained.
