(GSB) would like to reduce the financial warranty on 13 acres which have <br /> been reclaimed. General Shale is providing a Surety Reduction Form with enclosed maps to reduce <br /> the financial warranty. This acreage will remain in the permit and will not be released from the permit. <br /> In the future these areas may be disturbed again. <br /> The reclaimed area is in the middle mine area; see enclosed DRMS 2021-2022 Annual Report map. <br /> The reclaimed area consists of 2 areas that total 13.0 acres: <br /> 1. A north area of 5.3 acres <br /> 2.
