The June 22"d inspection was a partial inspection and the June 24th <br /> inspection was a complete inspection. The inspections were conducted by Clayton Wein <br /> (DRMS). The inspections were conducted as follow-up inspections after the observations made <br /> during the week of May 31, 2022. Water was observed flowing in Mr. Fontanari's Ditch on <br /> Tract 71,just north and east of the TR-69 Repair Area on May 25, 2022,this ditch is referred to <br /> in this report as the Tract 71 Ditch. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The records for the Roadside Mine are located at the office of J.E. Stover and Associates in Grand <br /> Junction Colorado. The records were well kept and up to date. For more details,please see the Availability of <br /> Records Form attached to the end of this report. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> June 22,2022 Partial Inspection: The afternoon of June 22th the Division conducted an inspection of the <br /> Roadside Mine with a focus on the hydrologic concerns observed near the TR-69 Repair Area. During <br /> the inspection there was no water discharging from the 4 inch pipe into the landowner's Tract 71 Ditch. <br /> There was no evidence of recent flow in the ditch. The west,middle and east holes were in similar <br /> condition to that of what was observed on June 17th. The waddles on the northwest edge of the TR-69 <br /> Repair Area remain in place. The Division observed a new culvert that Mr. Fontanari installed between <br /> previous week and this one, located on or near Xcel's easement. The culvert connects the east and north <br /> portions of the Tract 71 Ditch near the TR-69 Repair Area. Mr. Fontanari had graded and removed <br /> vegetation on the east side of the ditch near the new culvert.No impacts to the TR-69 Repair Area were <br /> observed. Mr. Fontanari was applying water to the Tract 70 Mesa.
