The bond <br />release application was found complete by this Division on June 23, 2022. SL -08 will release <br />approximately 13.1 acres from the West Mine of the Bowie No. 1 Mine permit. The surface <br />ownership is federal and private, and the coal mined was federal and private. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
