The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, <br /> Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The temperature was approximately 70 degrees F. There was a <br /> light breeze. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> Research for Miranda the use of ditches to distribute irrigate water. Runoff issue <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted. Facilities have been removed throughout the site. No <br /> additional work at the portal has occurred in 2022. Weed spraying occurred in the bottom lands <br /> and on the refuse pile and appeared to staunch the weeds. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)14.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4)14.03.2(4);Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(S) and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.03.1(7) 14.03.2(7) <br /> o The Haul Road at the entrance off State Highway 13 was dry and in good repair at the <br /> time of inspection. <br /> o The entire site was accessible. <br /> o Access roads around the site appeared in good repair with no ruts or standing water. <br /> o Ditches appeared to be functioning adequately. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br />
