Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste NA -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Seneca IIW Mine,C 1982057,operated by Seneca Property LLC. The <br /> inspection was conducted, and the report prepared by me,Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Miranda Kawcak mine <br /> representative was present throughout the inspection. No hydrologic or air quality issues were detected at the time <br /> of inspection. The weather was clear and the air was calm. Temperatures were in the mid 70 degrees F. <br /> OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> A replacement mine identification sign is required at the main entrance from the County Road. <br /> Discharge structures and drainages have cattails and grasses growing in them. <br /> INSPECTION.- <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is complete and executed as permitted. Approximately 106.2 acres of Phase I released acres remain <br /> for further bond release. These acres comprise the main haul road,Pond 6 and the slide area above; Ponds 15, 16 <br /> and 17 and slide area on the east side of the site. Year nine vegetation sampling of the above mentioned areas is <br /> projected for August 2022. Reclamation appears stable with well established vegetation. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS—Rule 4.02 <br /> o The mine site identification sign observed at the first mine access point along the county road <br /> was intact, displaying all required information: mine name, operator name, address,phone <br /> number, DRMS permit number and contact information. <br /> o The identification sign is missing at the second entrance. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3);Drainage 4.03.1(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5)and(6) <br /> 4.03.2(5)and(6). <br /> o Roads were dry and in good condition. <br /> o The main haul road was stable and in good condition. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br />
