c) Where such structure is a utility, the applicant may supply a notarized letter, on utility letterhead, from the <br /> owner(s) of the utility that the mining and reclamation activities, as proposed, will have "no negative <br /> effect" on their utility. <br /> REQURED Newspaper Notice <br /> Note: The Division will notify you when to begin the publication. <br /> An example Public Notice which meets the requirements of the statutes is attached. The blanks, which require <br /> dates, will need to be filled in according to the following instructions.
