Gagnon <br /> <br />RE: Worthing Pit - File No. M-1977-526, Albert Frei & Sons Inc. <br /> Acreage Release Request Application (AR-4) <br /> Partial Release Request <br /> <br />Please be advised that on June 15, 2022, Albert Frei & Sons Inc., whose address and telephone number are <br />P.O. Box 700, Henderson, CO 80640-0700; (303) 289-1837, filed an application for a/an Acreage Release <br />Request (AR- 4) to M1977526, Worthing Pit, which is located approximately 0.5 miles of Brighton, <br />Section 26, Township 1S, Range 67W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Adams County. <br /> <br />Albert Frei & Sons is requesting a partial release of 11.25 acres. This reduces the total mine permit area <br />from 70.95 acres to 59.70 acres. The area under consideration has been backfilled and revegetated. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for August 15, 2022. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Nikie C. Gagnon at the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8126. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
