PDC is attempting discussions with the Applicant but, to date, has not yet <br /> developed or finalized an agreement with the Applicant. <br /> PDC respectfully requests assurance from the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br /> that this project will not cause harm or interruption to our operations on the Property. Until this matter <br /> is resolved by agreement with the Applicant, PDC objects to the Application and, absent an <br /> agreement, PDC is not waiving and hereby reserves its rights as a leasehold mineral rights owner <br /> with respect to the Property. Any approval of the proposed application must be conditioned upon the <br /> preservation of PDC's rights in the Property. <br /> PDC respectfully requests that this objection be entered into the record for the proposed Application <br /> and that we continue to be provided with advanced notice of all other hearings affecting the Property <br /> and Application.
