PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> Varra Companies, Inc.; 8120 Gage Street; Frederick, Colorado 80516; (303) 666-6657, has filed <br /> (File #: M-2022-013) an application for a Regular Impact (112) Construction Materials <br /> Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under <br /> provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. <br /> The proposed mine is known as the Two Rivers Sand, Gravel and Reservoir Project, and is <br /> located at or near Section Thirty-three and Thirty-four in Township Five North; and Section <br /> Three and Four in Township Four North; all in Range Sixty-six West; Sixth Principal Meridian; <br /> City of Evans; Weld County, Colorado. <br /> The proposed date of commencement is 1 August 2022, and the proposed date of completion is <br /> 1 August 2057. The proposed future use of the land is Developed Water Resources and other <br /> mixed uses.
