PERMIT#:M-1996-076
INSPECTOR'S INITIALS:ACY
INSPECTION DATE:May 19,2022
Item lb all irrigation pipelines appear to be reclaimed. The only exception being Riser 99 which appears to be
located within the permit boundary. If this is within the permit boundary it will also need to be removed and the
length of pipeline reclaimed.
Item lc, seeding of ditches and irrigation furrows. This task initially appears to be completed. However whether
due to incomplete work or settling ditches are still clearly visible and appear to have received little to no
seeding. In general these areas may self-reclaim. They should be monitored throughout the season to see if
additional touchup work will be necessary this fall.
No problems or violations were noted during this inspection.
The Division currently holds a financial warranty in the amount of$163,251.00 for this site. In an effort to
ensure the Financial Warranty adequately, reflects the actual current cost of fulfilling the requirements of the
approved reclamation plan the Division has updated the reclamation cost estimate. The Division has
determined that the required bond amount is $234,841.00. The currently held bond amount is insufficient, the
Division will send a Notice of Surety Increase under a separate cover.
Responses to this inspection report should be directed to: Amy Yeldell at the Division of Reclamation, Mining
and Safety, Room 215, 1001 E 62"d Ave, Denver, CO 80216.
