Sand and <br /> gravel products produced from this pit will be used for construction <br /> activities and backfill. These products may also be used for the production <br /> of asphalt and concrete. <br /> h. At this time there is no indication of any incidental products that will <br /> be mined. <br /> i. No explosive devices will be used in the mining operation. <br /> j. The scales are located within the current permitted 4.9 acres on the <br /> access road and would be within the permitted boundaries of the expanded <br /> 31.84 acre permit area. <br /> k. The operator agrees to comply with all applicable Colorado Water law <br /> and regulations governing injury to existing water rights. <br /> Exhibit G-1 also indicates the location of water rights in the area. <br /> None of these water rights will be impacted by this operation. There are no known acid producing or toxic materials on the property <br /> as a result of the current agriculture use. Any materials of this nature <br /> that might be found will not be used in the reclamation plan.
