No seepage was detected at any pond outslope or <br /> dam. <br /> o June Pond 12 held water and was discharging clear water at the time of inspection. <br /> o June Pond 13 held water and was not discharging at the time of inspection. Remnants of <br /> a previous algae bloom was present on the pond. <br /> o June Pond 14 was holding water and not discharging water. <br /> SLIDES and OTHER DAMAGE 4.12 <br /> o The site, in the past,has experienced soil movement in the form of slumps and slides. At <br /> the time of inspection no evidence of recent new movement was apparent at any slumped <br /> area. <br /> o Establishing vegetation on slide and slump areas is problematic due to slope and aspect <br /> and these areas remain sparsely vegetated. <br /> RE VEGETATION-Rule 4.15 <br /> General Requirements 4.15.1; Use of Species 4.15.2, Grazing 4.15.5 <br /> o Reclamation and revegetation have been completed at this site,with most of the site phase <br /> II and Phase III bond released. <br /> o The drainage above Pond 12 represents the only Phase I reclamation remaining at the <br /> site. <br /> o Vegetation consist of a diverse mix of native perennials, grasses and shrubs that are well <br /> established. <br /> FISH and WILDLIFE—RULE 4.18 <br /> o Abundant wildlife is often observed throughout the site mine.
