The <br />permit was issued to Elk Ridge Mining and Reclamation, LLC, PO Box 33695, Denver, CO 80233- <br />0695, (303) 254-3184, for their mining operation located in Montrose County, approximately 2.5 <br />miles Northwest of Nucla.
