P-2021-008, P-2021-009, P-2021-010, Notice of Intent to Conduct <br /> Prospecting Operations(NOI),Decision to Accept Application over Objections <br /> Dear Party and/or Interested Person: <br /> On May 24, 2022,the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety(Division) issued its decision to accept <br /> the application for the Wedding Bell Project(Groundhog Area;Section 23 Area; Rimrock Area, File No. P- <br /> 2021-008; P-2021-009; P-2021-010,submitted by Standard Metals Processing Inc. <br /> The Division has reviewed the received public comments and objections and determined all jurisdictional <br /> issues raised by the parties have been adequately addressed in the application packet and submitted <br /> supplemental information in response to the Division's Notice of Deficiencies. Therefore, it is the <br /> Division's determination that the application and its supplemental materials satisfies the requirements of <br /> the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, §34-32-101 et seq." C.R.S. (the Act) and the Hard Rock and <br /> Metals Mining Rules(the Rules).
