The DMR's were received by the Division <br /> on 1 June 2022 electronically. Thank you for your timely submittal of this information. Trapper <br /> submits DMRs to the Division, in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). <br /> Trapper reported the following outfalls discharged: <br /> o Johnson Pond 910,NPDS 001 <br /> o No Name Pond 95,NPDS 002 <br /> o East Pyeatt Pond 92,NPDS 011 <br /> o Middle Flume Pond,NPDS 020 <br /> Discharge was related to spring snowmelt. Exceedances of iron and TSS were addressed by <br /> Trapper Mine in the DMR report. Alternative limits, as set forth in Trappers Water Quality <br /> permit should be applied to this exceedance event. TDS values for the active outfalls are no <br /> longer explicitly reported. WET testing was not required at this time. <br /> The Division does not have any questions, concerns or further comments at this time.
