The bond release <br /> application was found complete by this Division on April 27, 2022. SL-7 seeks Phase III Bond <br /> Release on 21.24 acres of reclaimed drill pads and roads. Reclamation of the SL-7 parcels was <br /> completed during 2011. The surface ownership is federal and private, and the coal mined was <br /> federal and private. <br /> We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br /> soon as it has been scheduled.
