This SUP Approval is subject to all written representations of the applicant,in the <br /> original application submittal and all supplements,letters and emails,are deemed to be <br /> conditions of approval,except to the extent modified by this Motion. <br /> Specific Conditions: <br /> 3. No future mining activity at the project site by Tarsis Resources, its lessees,or the <br /> property owners or its lessees is authorized by this approval. <br /> 4. Obtain a County Road&Bridge Special Construction Permit for the proposed <br /> improvements to County Road(CR) 23R,and a Driveway Access Permit for CR 23R and <br /> P23. <br /> 5. A traffic control plan shall be submitted to County Road and Bridge. The plan shall <br /> identify procedures,personnel,and equipment(signs,signals,barricades,etc.)to be used <br /> to protect workers and the public during the project. <br /> 6. Contact the Planning Department,Road and Bridge Department and County Sheriff s <br /> Office prior to mobilization of and the start of drilling activities. <br /> 7. Provide a list of onsite contacts for Tarsis Resources and the drilling project contractor to <br /> the Planning Department prior to the commencement of project. <br /> 8. The revegetation and weed control along the county road right-of-way(ROW )will be <br /> reviewed by the County Vegetation Manager to assure reclamation of these areas. <br /> 9. This Special Use Permit conditional approval is subject to the Bureau of Land <br /> Management(BLM)and Colorado Division of Reclamation and Mining and Safety <br /> (CDRMS)approving this drilling program and issuing the requisite permits.Provide <br /> copies of these permits to County Planning. <br /> 10. The project drilling program and reclamation plan shall be consistent with and comply <br /> with the applicable provisions as approved by the County,unless specifically modified in <br /> the BLM and CDRMS approval action. <br /> 11. Comply with all terms and conditions of the Colorado Department of Public Health and <br /> Environment Stormwater Discharge Permit. Provide a copy of the permit to County <br /> Planning. <br /> 12. Provide monthly progress reports to County Planning. <br /> 13. Exploration activities shall be limited to May 1 to September 30. <br /> 14.
