May 10,2022 C-1981-019/Colowyo Coal Mine ZTT <br /> pond was observed. Section 28 Pond was also inspected. This pond was dry with no issues. <br /> Collom Pit: <br /> Collom currently has four ditches constructed; D1,D2,D3, and D6. Each ditch was inspected. Ditches D1,D2 and <br /> D3 are all armored with rip rap while D6 is approved as a bare channel.No erosion or issues were observed. <br /> Ponds Section 25, Section 26, Section 36,Middle and Sidehill were inspected. Section 36, Section 25 and Middle <br /> Pond run in serious with each other and collect runoff from the eastern portion of disturbance from the Collom Pit. <br /> Each of these ponds held water with only Section 36 observed as discharging. Section 36 Pond is waiting for water <br /> levels to drop below the primary discharge pipe for additional maintenance. Sealant along the connection will be <br /> added as it's believed that a small leak is occurring between elbow and primary discharge pipe. The Sidehill and <br /> Section 25 ponds run in series with each other as well and recieve runoff from the western portion of the Collom <br /> Pit.Both ponds held water but the Sidehill was minimal.All Collom Ponds were stable and no issues were <br /> observed. <br /> r <br /> Section 25 Pond. Section 26 Pond. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS-Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> Reclamation was inspected in the West Pit in association with the SL-21 bond release inspection.For more <br /> information,please refer to the Division's SL-21 bond release inspection dated June 10,2022. <br /> Reclamation parcel ST001 was inspected. ST001 is located just east of the South Taylor Pit and was reclaimed in <br /> 2011.This area recently received cross ripping for additional erosion control for this area.No signs of erosion was <br /> observed and the ST001 remains stable.No issues were observed. <br /> Reclamation parcel EP060 was also inspected. EP060 is located south west of the East Pit and was reclaimed in <br /> 2017.This area is well vegetated with no issues observed. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 4 <br /> Page 6 of 11 <br />
