Exhibit D
Reclamation plan for the Pot o Gold Ranch Place Mine
Limited Disturbance Permit (110(2))
April 7, 2022
Reclamation Plan
At the end of every two panels, the currently disturbed surface will be leveled and
re-contoured.The expected slope will follow the upstream gradient as well as the
existing side slopes. Growth media will be distributed over the surface in a 6-12 inch
lift and in the fall, it will be broadcast seeded. Where needed, any surplus growth
media may be harvested from the edge of the last panel (#5)to augment the success
of revegetation. Seasonally the pond will be cleaned with the material placed
between the gravel and the topsoil/growth media. The last panel will be contoured
into the end of the pasture such that the boundary of the disturbed areas will not be
noticeable.
The pond will be backfilled or will be included in an amendment for further
operations.
The percolation zone will be scarified with a harrow if significant amounts of silt have
accumulated and will be seeded. The silt fence will be removed if it is established and
that disturbance will be seeded.
The road has been and will be the main access to the operations and the land. The
reclamation of it will be to prevent erosion, stabilize the vegetation but allow
continued access to the property. Any open soil will be scarified and seeded.
Revegetation Plan
Seeding will be done in the fall by broadcast. The seed mixture will consist of:
20%Streambank Wheatgrass
20%Annual Ryegrass
15% Mountain Brome
15%Siberian Wheatgrass
10% Green Needle Grass
The amount will be at 20 pounds/acre as was recommended by the Soil
Conservation Service.
Seedbed Preparation
The site will be harrowed prior to an after seeding. This procedure should form a
smooth, firm seedbed that will facilitate seeding. If after 1-2 growing seasons, it
becomes obvious that the planting was unsuccessful, the site will be reseeded.
