The reports were received by the Division on 5 May2022 as electronic <br /> submittals. The reports cover the time frame of January 2022 through March 2022(Q1), for effluent compliance <br /> required by the discharge permit. <br /> Seneca Properties should submit the DMRs to the Division, in accordance with Rule <br /> 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii), specifically within 30 days of sampling. The report is in compliance with the <br /> applicable sections of the Rule. <br /> The outfalls discharging during this quarter comprised: <br /> 006 (Dry Creek <br /> 008 (Fish Creek) <br /> 012 <br /> 016 (Hubberson Gulch). <br /> No primary effluent limitations were exceeded. <br /> The Division has no further comments at this time.
