Overburden will be used in backfilling and grading the pit slopes to their final <br /> reclaimed state. Topsoil will be used to augment the replaces topsoil on all disturbed areas of <br /> the site outside of the reclaimed lakes, and on the topsoil zone of the pit slopes. This topsoil <br /> zone will be the area from the top of the pit slope to 10 feet vertically below the reclaimed lake <br /> water level, as seen on Map F-1. Details pertaining to reclamation can be found in Exhibit E and <br /> the maps in Exhibit F. <br /> 5. Water Information, Rights, and Augmentation <br /> All water rights issues such as availability of water for this operation, consumption rates, dust <br /> control, etc. is presented in Exhibit G —Water Information. <br /> 6. Schedule of Operations <br /> Mining operations will occur as dictated by demand with an average annual production of <br /> 100,000 tons. Mining, screening, and processing will be conducted on site with portable <br /> equipment throughout the year. Asphalt and concrete production will occur onsite at various <br /> times of the year. Product will be sold from these activities throughout the year. The operator <br /> will not have night gravel mining operations, although minor truck activity and repairs may occur <br /> after hours. <br /> 7.
