Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> R -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> CONVOENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection by Leigh Simmons of the Division of Reclamation,Mining and Safety <br /> (Division).Nicki Poulos of Mountain Coal Company(MCC)accompanied the inspection. The weather was mostly <br /> overcast.The mine was active. <br /> The inspection included a tour of the underground workings and surface facilities which was attended by <br /> Brook Zeller and Tom Medline of OSMRE;Nate Pearson of Colorado DNR; and Jason Musick,Connor Drinkard <br /> and Nikie Gagnon of DRMS. <br /> An inspection of the sites included in the SL-15 partial phase I bond release application had been <br /> scheduled,but the sites were not yet accessible due to mud and snow at higher elevations.The SL-15 inspection <br /> will be rescheduled for later in the summer. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> Records were available in the mine office. Details are given at the end of this report. <br /> Ms. Poulos had arranged for a publicly accessible computer to be made available,together with <br /> instructions for how to access records via the Division's laserfiche database.
