1.0 PERMIT BOUNDARY LEGAL DESCRIPTION TEXT
A legal description of the parcel within which the affected area is located is provided in this exhibit. The affected
area covers approximately 1.5 acres and is within a 36.4-acre parcel.
1.1 WATTENBERG DISTURBANCE RECLAMATION GENERAL LOCATION
The general location covered by this application is in the Southwest quarter of Section 30, Township 1 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., County of Weld, State of Colorado. A Location Map is also provided in this exhibit.
1.2 LEGAL DESCRIPTION
The legal description for the affected area covered by this application is as follows:
A parcel of land to be used for reclamation and maintenance, located in Lot 2 of the Southwest quarter of
Section 30, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th Principal Meridian as described at Reception
Number 18277767 Weld County Clerk and Recorder, said Parcel being located in the County of Weld,
State of Colorado and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of east 600 feet of said Lot 2,
from whence the Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter bears south 89'1645"west, a
distance of 790.51 feet;
thence north 00 32'05"east along the west line of the east 600 feet of said Lot 2, a distance of
5.07 feet to the point of beginning;
thence north 41°43'04" east, a distance of 24.98 feet;
thence north 34°16'02"east, a distance of 52.40 feet;
