Wattenberg Disturbance Reclamation, Exhibit L—Permanent Man-Made Structures Apnl 2022 <br /> EXHIBIT L - PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br /> 1.0 ADJACENT STRUCTURE INFORMATION <br /> Man-made structures within 200 feet of the affected area are shown on Exhibit E Map E-101 and listed below: <br /> 1. Conveyor and conveyor equipment owned by Aggregate Industries <br /> 2. Pumping system owned by Aggregate Industries <br /> 3. Private gravel road owned by Aggregate Industries <br /> 4. Private gravel road owned by Aggregate Industries <br /> 5. Small building owned by City of Aurora <br /> 6. Underground utilities(unverified), various possible owners per title commitment <br /> Aggregate Industries is the Applicant/Operator so a structure agreement is not applicable to the Aggregate <br /> Industries structures. <br /> 2.0 STRUCTURE AGREEMENTS <br /> Structure agreements were prepared and sent to the entities as shown in the attachment to this exhibit. <br /> 3.0 STRUCTURES STATEMENT <br /> No subsurface activity was or will be conducted in the affected area, as the site work was limited to removing <br /> materials that had been placed on the ground surface and then reclaiming the original ground surface. Therefore, <br /> because of the absence of subsurface activities, the work did not represent a material risk to any adjacent <br /> structures. During regrading to original surface conditions, adjacent structures were not affected and are not <br /> expected to be damaged by future activities covered under this permit as no further earthwork is anticipated. <br /> OTETRA TECH P a g e 1 1 <br />
