d. Entrant must remove all equipment once work is completed. <br /> 4. NOTICES <br /> The Entrant shall notify Lyle Whitney,Sr.Water Resources Project Manager,at(303)579- <br /> 2990 orwhitneLa aurwa�oi V.pCa at least five (5) business days prior to commencement <br /> of any work hereby authorized. <br /> All other notices and correspondence to be given pursuant to this Agreement shall be <br /> addressed if to the City of Aurora,Water Resources,attn: Lyle Whitney, 15151 E Alameda <br /> Parkway, Suite 3600,Aurora, CO 80012. <br /> 6. SUPERVISION BY THE CITY OF AURORA <br /> The use of the Premises shall be subject to the general supervision and approval of the City. <br /> Entrant shall notify and coordinate any activities with the City and keep a copy of this <br /> agreement onsite at all times. <br /> 7. APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS <br /> Entrant shall comply with all applicable Federal, state, county and municipal laws, <br /> ordinances and regulations wherein the Premises are located. <br /> 8. CONDITIONAL USE <br /> The exercise of the privileges herein granted shall be: <br /> e. without cost or expense to City; and <br /> f. subject to the right of the City to improve, use or maintain the Premises. <br /> 9. INSURANCE <br /> Prior to commencement of this agreement,the Entrant and its subcontractors shall provide <br /> a certificate of insurance evidencing the following coverages: <br /> a. Commercial General Liability Insurance. Entrant and its subcontractors shall <br /> provide general liability insurance against claims arising out of bodily injury,death, <br /> damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use, and <br /> including contractual liability,products and completed operations and, if the scope <br /> of work involves underground work, XCU (underground,collapse and explosion) <br /> coverage in an amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per <br /> occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00)general aggregate. <br /> b. Excess or Umbrella Liability. Entrant and its subcontractors shall maintain an <br /> Excess or Umbrella Liability on an occurrence basis in excess of the underlying <br />
