Exhibit E — Reclamation Plan
1 . General Reclamation Plan
The Cottonwood Pass Pit permit area is 16.9 acres, approximately 15.0 acres of which is disturbed.
The reclamation of the site will consist of leaving it in its current state. The site currently has a site
access road from Cottonwood Pass Road, an in-pit ramp, and multiple materials stockpiles. All
slopes are between a 2H:1V and 3H:1V. The stockpiles, road, and slopes will remain on site in their
current condition. Based on these reclamation conditions, the Cottonwood Pass Pit is fully
reclaimed in its present conditions.
2. Topsoil Replacement
No topsoil replacement will take place.
3. Site Access
The current site access from Cottonwood Pass will be maintained in its current condition to facilitate
access for the landowner.
4. Reclamation Timing
As the site is reclaimed in its current condition, no additional time is needed.
5. Revegetation Plan
No revegetation will take place.
6. Post-Reclamation Site Drainage
The site will drain internally following reclamation. See Map F-1 for the drainage patterns.
7. Weed Control
No weed control will take place.
Cottonwood Pass Pit
Apri12r22 D-1 Leailii i#A§tiatE§
