The entire mining and surrounding area is dominated with big <br /> sagebrush and contains no indicators of wetlands other than a very small <br /> area as noted on Exhibit D-1 in Phase VI of mining plan that will not be <br /> mined as an agreement was made with Grand County to leave a 100'set back <br /> around that area. Exhibits I & J further detail the soil and vegetation <br /> characteristics. <br /> b. The only man made structure within 200' of the proposed new permit <br /> boundary is a fence constructed and owned by Pickering Family LLC. <br /> C. An unnamed seasonal tributary to Smith Creek will receive any of the <br /> stormwater discharge from the treatment pond that was constructed per the <br /> Stormwater Management Plan. <br />
