This is an increase of$1,128.00 from the currently held $2,500.00. <br /> Please see the February 23, 2022 inspection report for details regarding why this surety increase <br /> is required. The Division ordered amendment of the current Financial Warranty, or submittal of a <br /> new Financial Warranty reflecting this increase is due by June 20, 2022.
