Any needed <br /> grading if this event were to occur will be graded and re-vegetated. <br /> Reclamation will be part of normal operations. <br /> A point of Maximum Disturbance shall be defined as follows: <br /> • Completely excavated and remove pre-existing waste rock pile. <br /> Careful consideration has been made to create a Reclamation Cost Schedule that <br /> addresses all the elements necessary for reclamation on a unit cost basis. <br /> Total Reclamation Cost for Maximum <br /> Disturbance—as defined in <br /> Exhibit D, 6,3,4(2): Affected Area <br /> • Affected Area Reclamation: $25,000.00 <br /> • Additional 5% DRMS Office Admin., per 6.3.4(2)c: $1,250.00 <br /> • Total Reclamation Cost for Disturbance: $26,250.00 <br /> • See letter and quotation from Riber-Bend Contracting. <br /> Page 6 of 7 <br />
