Exhibit C
Mine Plan for the Pot o Gold Ranch Placer Mine
Limited Disturbance Permit(110(2))
April 7, 2022
Mine Plan
The Re-minin of the Wilson Placer Resource
Of what we know, the Wilson Placer appears to be a standard early 1900s dragline
placer operation. They stripped the overburden of the cuts and stacked it on the top
of virgin material such that potentially 1j3 of the original material could be intact
under the strip piles. The tops of these piles have exhibited fine gold indicating that
they may have stripped to within 2-3 feet of bedrock rather than testing. This was
also common for this period of time.
It is important to understand the processed areas as well as below the strip piles. A
shallow pit within the washed channel will provide information on potential growth
media that must be saved. Then the tailings will be tested to determine gold that
was lost during processing which would be common if there was any amount of clay.
The area below the tails will be explored for unmined ground that may have
remaining resources. The strip piies will be evaluated. The tops will be tested to
understand how much is economic#o run (Figure 1). That will lead to how much is
just barren strip. Hopefully there is a topsoil zone under that which can be saved for
reclamation. Under tha#will likely be a barren zone that can be stripped and placed
over the original tailings. Under that will be virgin pay gravels that can be washed
and placed over the old tailings. This will create an empty ditch for processing the
next block. Any growth media (soil)encountered will be placed temporarily on the
upper limits of the mine block until the concurrent reclamation can be started.
To prepare a block for mining a pit/pond will be prepared to capture ground water
for processing (Figure 2). The pond area will be (as marked), in an "L" shape about 40
feet wide and 300 feet long and 8 ft deep. tt will hold 718,176 gallons of water (.27
acres). The wash plant witl pump about 576 gallons per minute and return the same
amount to the pond minus evaporation which wifl be about 300 gallons per month
depending on conditions. Besides the volume of the water, the pond will act as a
settling basin for fine silts and clays in the system initially. However, as the wash
plant moves away from the pond the washed gravels will act as a filter capturing the
