This may include a copy of a lease,deed, <br /> abstract of title, a current tax receipt,or a signed statement by the Landowner and acknowledged by a Not <br /> Public stating that the Operator/Applicant has legal right to enter to conduct mining and reclamation. <br /> DRMS notes the Record of Decision provided by BLM for lands within the proposed permit under their <br /> control. However,documentation of Right of Entry for "non BLM"property within the proposed 112cpermit <br /> boundary(private property,patented claims,etc.)will need to be provided to DRMS independent of the BLM <br /> documents. As previously discussed,please provide clear documentation that right of entry has been obtained <br /> for all property/claims/parcels within the proposed permit boundary. <br /> A map correlating areas within thepermit with provided access agreements will be required for this exhibit. <br /> Please also verify/acknowledge that all owners of"substance to be mined"have been noticed as required and <br /> that legal right of entry has been obtained. <br /> EXHIBIT O-Owner(s) of Record of Affected Land (Surface Area) and Owners of Substance to be Mined <br /> (Rule 6.4.15): Please submit a complete list of all owners or show the owners on your map in Exhibit C. <br /> As previously discussed, a simplified map and table of property ownership within the proposed permit <br /> boundary and within 200'of the permit boundary will be required to verify that all appropriate parties have <br /> been identified and noticed as required. <br /> A separate map may be utilized to depict ownership of"substance to be mined"/mineral rights holders. Please <br /> also verify that all owners of"substance to be mined"have been noticed as required and that legal right of <br /> entry has been obtained <br />
