Since the required setback from <br /> these wells has been reduced from 150 feet to 30 feet, BURNCO is submitting this Technical Revision to change the <br /> slurry wall alignment and mine limit for the Phase 3 "Inouye EasY' Cell in order to incorporate the area that has opened <br /> up from the removal of these wells. <br /> The change will increase the approximate square footage of the Phase 3 slurry wall from 163,573 square feet to 176,539 <br /> square feet.The attached Reclamation Cost Estimate has been updated to include the additional slurry wall curtain area. <br /> We appreciate your review.
