The first quarter Sediment Pond Inspection report was received by the Division on 6 <br /> April 2022. The report complies with applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. The inspection took place on <br /> 23 and 25 March 2022. <br /> No maintenance issues noted during the inspection. DRMS however,noted that sediment markers were <br /> underwater in the Johnson and Pyeatt systems, and in East Middle Flume Pond. Sediment levels in these <br /> systems are low and as high water recedes the markers are most likely to become visible. <br /> The following ponds were discharging at a rate of less than I cubic foot/second: <br /> 1. No Name 92,4, 5. The ponds were 100%full. <br /> 2. Johnson#6, 7R, 8R,and 9R. The ponds were 100%full. <br /> 3. East Pyeatt 91,2, 3. The ponds were 100%full. <br /> 4. Oak 91. <br /> 5. Middle Flume 39 was discharging and were 80%(Middle Flume 91),to 100% full (Middle Flume <br /> 93). <br /> The following ponds held water and where not discharging at the time of inspection: <br /> Coyote West Pyeatt system Middle Pyeatt system <br /> Horse Gulch Impoundment H Industrial Waste Pond <br /> Johnson HI OR <br /> 1. The West Pyeatt system(91 and 92 respectively),where 95%, and 100% full. <br /> 2. Middle Pyeatt 91 was 90%full and Middle Pyeatt 39 was dry. <br /> 3. East Middle Flume was 95%full. <br /> 4.
