Signs & Markers was cited as a problem for failing to <br /> properly delineate the entire permit boundary. Corrective actions required you place boundary <br /> markers and provide photo documentation of such by the corrective action date. <br /> On April 4, 2022 the Division received photos of the placed boundary markers.
