Based on a review of the provided information, a Section 404 <br /> Department of the Army permit will not be required for the work occurring outside of <br /> aquatic resources. This NPR does not address nor include any consideration for <br /> geographic jurisdiction on aquatic resources and shall not be interpreted as such. <br /> Although a Department of the Army permit will not be required for this activity, this <br /> does not eliminate the requirements that other applicable federal, state, tribal, and local <br /> permits are obtained if needed.
