After the water table is encountered, the water removed with the estimated
1,200,000 tons of product is 35.32 acre-feet per year. The estimated net
evaporation is 2.64 feet per year. At the maximum potentially exposed ground
water of 217.44f acres, the annual evaporation is 574.25f acre-feet. The
monthly distribution of these estimates is shown in the following table. The
reclamation plan provides that the pits may be lined after being mined. The
lined pits will not require replacement water and will be used for storage. There
may be incidental demand for water to establish vegetation on the site after
lining is completed. However, the ultimate demand for water will be zero.
