The estimated net <br /> evaporation is 2.64 feet per year. At the maximum potentially exposed ground <br /> water of 217.44f acres, the annual evaporation is 574.25f acre-feet. The <br /> monthly distribution of these estimates is shown in the following table. The <br /> reclamation plan provides that the pits may be lined after being mined. The <br /> lined pits will not require replacement water and will be used for storage. There <br /> may be incidental demand for water to establish vegetation on the site after <br /> lining is completed.
