Cazier, P.E. <br /> <br />RE: Quagmire Creek - File No. M-1990-047, Fremont County <br /> Surety Release Request Application (SL-1) <br /> Full/Final Release of Entire Permitted Area (per Rule 4.17) <br /> <br />Please be advised that on April 1, 2022, Fremont County, whose address and telephone number are 1170 <br />Red Canyon Road, Canon City, CO 81212; (719) 275-7430, filed an application for a/an Surety Release <br />Request (SL- 1) to M1990047, Quagmire Creek, which is located approximately 12 miles North of <br />Cotopaxi, Section 2, Township 49N, Range 11E, 10th Principle Meridian, in Fremont County. <br /> <br />Request for full release from reclamation liabilty. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for May 31, 2022. Written comments or objections to the application <br />may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Timothy A. Cazier, P.E. at the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8169. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision <br />on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
